Here are a few things NOT in the U.S. Constitution.  Some of them are quite obvious, but a lot of people will be surprised to discover some of our "rights" that their sixth grade teacher taught them we all have are not necessarily guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution.  To name a few:

• The right to vote
• The right to privacy
  
• God
  
• Democracy
• Separation of church and state
• Presumed innocent until proven guilty
